practicing gratitudePracticing gratitude can truly be life changing.  This is a pretty bold statement to make, I know.  However, it’s true.   Why?  Gratitude is a higher vibrational energy and can shift you from the lower vibration emotions such as shame, grief, and despair.   When you’re practicing gratitude, you now only shift your personal energy, but you shift the energy of those around you as well.  In this episode, I talk about how to cultivate gratitude in your daily life, how to be thankful for all that surrounds you – even when you think you can’t find something to be thankful for – and how to kick the negativity to the curb!

As we survey the events taking place around the world, environmental, economical and political, it isn’t uncommon to feel a sense of despair, hopelessness or fear. It’s especially easy to overlook any of the good things that are going on in our world today with we’re surrounded by so much turmoil and negativity.  It’s easy to forget all of the infinite reasons we have to be grateful.

I would like to say … this too shall pass. In this bonus episode, I talk about ways to practice gratitude daily, even in times of global or personal upheaval.
